2. Can the bouncy castle be used indoors?
Yes, all our bouncy castles can be used both indoors and outdoors. When using a bouncy castles indoors, don't forget to check the height of the ceiling to make sure the bouncy castle can fit.

3. How much space do I need?
You need to have a couple of feet at each side of the bouncy castle and 6 feet at the back. We recommend as much space as possible at the front. The dimensions of our bouncy castles are shown in the description page of every item. Please contact us if you're unsure about what size bouncy castle to choose.

4. Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
We are insured (Public Liability £5million), which covers accidents. However, whilst in your care you are liable for any injuries caused by children on the bouncy castles/inflatable's you must follow the terms and conditions presented to you on the day of your event to reduce risk of injuries. 5. What preparation is needed before you arrive?
Please make sure that any hallways, side passages, or any other access to your garden/venue are clear of obstacles etc. We require a minimum 3 foot width access depending on the size of the bouncy castle hired. Ensure that the bouncer site is free of any sharp objects, excessive mud and dog mess. We will need access access to an electricity power point within 25m. If the site is unsuitable we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

Bad weather policy. We reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time i.e. in really bad weather (if more than light shower we may cancel for safety reasons.). In the unfortunate event that there is bad weather, we do not offer refunds of deposit (£15). Rain covers are for light showers only; the inflatable should not be used in heavy rain. We will not be held responsible for bad weather ruining your day. However we will be more than happy to re-book your castle at no extra cost.

Our standard rates are for up to 6 hour rentals. However, we are flexible and can allow you to keep the unit for longer if needed. We can, if the need arises, allow you to keep the unit overnight for additional charge of £45. Once our team has received your booking enquiry, we will cantact you within 24 hours to confirm availability, costs and event details. When availability is confirmed, you can make a payment of deposit (£15) online to secure your bouncy castle. On delivery, all outstanding monies are to be paid in cash or by debit/credit card (fees apply).

Alternatively, you can postpone your booking and re-book at a date and time that suits you and won't lose your deposit. Failure to notify Wheee of your cancellation or postponent within 48 hours of your event may incur a £60 fee.

As much notice as possible, at peak times we get fully booked about 2 weeks in advance so important to book as far in advance as possible.

All of our bouncy castles and electricity equipment are annually inspected by PIPA inspectors (www.pipa.org.uk) and by electricians and their PAT is always maintained. All bouncy castles are manufactured to European standard of BS EN. 14960:2006.

We arrive and discuss the most suitable position for the bouncy castle. We set up bouncy castle and make sure it is securely anchored to the ground. The we do a risk assessment and finally collect payment and ask you to sign our terms and conditions.

We accept all major credit and debit cards and will require a deposit of £15 when you book with us. Once we have received your booking online, we'll contact you to confirm your order and then you're able to make a secure payment online.
